Our Projects
Education and Technology for the Rural Future
Nina Ecotech’s objective is to strengthen the technical and environmental capacities of agricultural producers, promoting sustainable, productive, and environmentally responsible agriculture. The project creates an innovative rural education model based on hands-on learning and participatory knowledge transfer. Through interactive classrooms, technical training, and field demonstrations, participants learn about good agricultural practices, bio-inputs, nanotechnology, soil management, and efficient water use.
Key objectives
To train more than 100 rural producers in sustainable agricultural practices.
To implement educational plots as centers for hands-on learning.
To foster rural networks of agricultural knowledge and innovation.
To promote soil restoration and the reduction of agrochemical use.
Expected impact
Educational: Increased technical and environmental knowledge in rural communities.
Economic: Increased productivity and reduced costs through eco-efficient technologies.
Social: Strengthening local leadership and participation of rural youth.
Environmental: Protection of water, soil, and biodiversity.
Exotic Horticultural Crops
The Innovative Crops Showroom in High Andean Zones represents a pioneering model of sustainable agricultural adaptation at 3,000 meters above sea level, combining productive diversification, technology transfer, and hands-on field learning. The project’s innovation lies in the introduction and technical management of vegetables with high nutritional and commercial value, which are not traditionally cultivated in high-altitude ecosystems, demonstrating their agronomic viability through the application of good agricultural practices (GAP), bio-inputs, and eco-friendly technologies.

Technology and knowledge for sustainable agriculture with a gender focus
The project promotes agricultural innovation and modernization with a gender focus by adapting and adopting inclusive technologies for small and medium-sized producers. Through partnerships with research centers, universities, and businesses, participatory technology pilot projects are implemented in irrigation, mechanization, digitalization, and post-harvest handling, considering their impact on workloads, caregiving responsibilities, and women’s economic autonomy. The initiative strengthens knowledge management and public advocacy, improves productivity and added value, and expands access to differentiated markets, fostering a sustainable, competitive, and inclusive agricultural sector.
